Returns & Cancellations Policy
I am just starting out on this journey of sharing my artwork and every piece is created, packed and posted by me with care. I want you to feel just as happy receiving your order as I do making it.
Returns
- If your print arrives damaged or faulty, please email me at bethmw.studio@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving it, with your order number and a photo. I can arrange a replacement or a full refund.
- If you change your mind, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Please email me first so I know it’s on its way and to receive return details. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return postage for unwanted items will be at your own cost.
Cancellations
If you change your mind before I have shipped your order, just let me know by email as soon as possible and I will cancel and refund straight away if it has not already been sent. However, once your order has been shipped, cancellations will not be possible.
Shipping information
I carefully package all prints flat with backing boards to make sure they arrive safely. Prints may sometimes be printed after receiving an order, therefore please note that printing can take up to 4 days.
Delivery (England, Wales and Scotland only at the moment):
As standard, prints are sent as Tracked 48 hours via Royal Mail. Shipping is free at checkout, only available to England, Wales and Scotland addresses.
International shipping:
Due to current tariffs, fees and legislation, I do not presently offer international or Northern Ireland delivery, but I hope to add this in the future.
